Snapshot Voyager is about my own personal photography journey. I am always looking to try something new, inquisitive as to how it works, and to the end results I might achieve.

Sunlit Tulip

Getting the soft sun to land on your subject just as the background is in the shade can really make the subject stand out.  That’s exactly what happened to this tulip when I was shooting in Edward Gardens last year.  The lit tulip really jumps out in the photo, but the light isn’t strong enough to cause significant shadowing.  Just what you want!!
