MISSION:

Snapshot Voyager is about my own personal photography journey. I am always looking to try something new, inquisitive as to how it works, and to the end results I might achieve.

My Hand

This is a close up of the back of my hand.  This was one of the early photos I took when I got my D100 and in Photoshop I added A LOT of contrast to make the skin contours and patterns really pop.  This added contrast gives the impression of very bright direct light, but in reality the lighting was more even.

Given the photo was taken over 8 years ago, I am sure my hand is far more wrinkled now!
