MISSION:

Snapshot Voyager is about my own personal photography journey. I am always looking to try something new, inquisitive as to how it works, and to the end results I might achieve.

Fuji X-100 - Wide aperture Closeups

As I have described previously, the X100 lens is not real sharp at minimum focus distance and maximum aperture.  I decided to take some more flower shots that was at close to (but not right at) minimum focus distance.  As it was dark inside I had to use f2 and ISO3200.  At these settings the photos do become a bit smeary and the bokeh, while smooth, looks kind of fake and smeary.  There's no part in the photo that's really sharp, but definitely no sign of shake either.
