The Tamron 180mm f3.5 Macro was one of my favorite lenses to
use on the D700 when I had that camera, and it doesn't disappoint on the D600
either. It is super sharp, like most
macro lenses, and great fun to use.
About the only disappointment is the auto focusing is quite slow, but
often you need to manually focus anyway for macro, so not really a big
issue. Here's some recent results.
MISSION:
Snapshot Voyager is about my own personal photography journey. I am always looking to try something new, inquisitive as to how it works, and to the end results I might achieve.
