MISSION:

Snapshot Voyager is about my own personal photography journey. I am always looking to try something new, inquisitive as to how it works, and to the end results I might achieve.

Nikon 50mm f1.2 Ais on Nikon D600

My neighbour and I both have a common interest in photography, and although he is on the dark side (he owns a Canon 5D Mk2) we still have great chats.  A little while ago I was showing him the D600 with the Nikon 50mm f1.2 and got this shot of him.  I love the bokeh at f1.2 on full frame, and although he was still 5 or 6ft away, the lens is easily able to blur out the background.
